How to Store Food and Other Items

One rule of preppers when it comes to choosing the food to store is that there is no room for genetically-modified organisms or GMOs in their pantry. Genetically modified foods spoil faster and even if you tell yourself that you’re going to consume them first, it just really makes no sense. Your goal is to have food that will last a lifetime or at least until everything goes back to normal. Besides, you’ll just be wasting precious space in your pantry or storage room.
